Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Eligible Refunds
A refund or replacement may be provided in the following cases:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is defective.
An incorrect product was delivered.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
